Implementation of advanced automation solutions dedicated to optimizing the company's After-Sales Service and Customer Relationship. As part of our project, we succeeded in automating:
- The processing and response to customer emails through natural language understanding systems, allowing faster and personalized management of requests.
- Integration and synchronization with CRM for detailed and automated customer follow-up, reducing human errors and ensuring a consistent customer experience.
- Support ticket management, which is now carried out in real time, with a capacity for intelligent escalation for cases requiring human intervention.
- Predictive analysis of customer needs based on the history of their interactions, in order to anticipate and solve problems before they occur.
As a result of our intervention, we recorded a significant gain in productivity, estimated at Over 200 hours of work saved every month, while improving the overall customer experience.
