Implementation of Automations and Artificial Intelligences to create an HR assistant to subsequently automate:
- The pre-selection of CVs based on predefined criteria.
- Extraction of relevant data from CVs.
- The redirection of this data to recruitment managers.
- The automatic filling of candidate forms necessary for the company's recruitment processes.
These tasks were previously done manually by members of the human resources department.
Following our intervention, +150 hours earned per month across all employees in the department.
